Wente Vineyards is located at 5050 Arroyo Rd, Livermore CA

    Not on Tesla Rd.

Wente does have a building there, however the Tesla Rd. building is used to make and store the wine. The also use this location as one of their tasting rooms.

for a $120.00 you get what every other event chargers $50.00-75.00. for, and your bringing your classic car to an event where the temps will pass the triple digits.

I would think that all people that show their cars are VIP's, not so unless you pay 250.00. The hustle gets old.......

    Hello Velocetwo,

I value all comments and opinions. We take all the information we receive from people who do and do not attend our events seriously. Wether it is our show or someone else's, all we hope is that you are enjoying the wonderful world of the automobile.

Since your listening I would like to ad that there are many events in the bay area, in just the last three years I can name 3 or 4 that are new and focus on the same types of vehicles. That being said there are many choices available to the car owner, so why not treat all vehicle entrants as VIP's ?

It takes more effort to bring a vintage automobile out than say a new Ferrari or Aston why charge a guy more for a trailer?

All 100 plus exhibitors at our Mogulaire Concours "Autos On The Ave" FREE event in Walnut Creek were treated to three blocks of downtown on Locust St. shut down just for them. We were happy to host many automobiles from all over the Bay Area. Many of these automobile were brought by friends and others future friends.

This event in Walnut Creek is one of only 5 FREE events we host throughout the year for the auto owner and enthusiast. It was great to see everyone and cannot wait to do it again on May 28th at Blackhawk Auto Museum.

Los Gatos and WC were both a lot of fun. I will for sure be at Blackhawk the 28th, and Wente the 23rd. Looking forward to both events :)

Missed Walnut Creek :( To much going on and I ended up sick

I will try to get to Blackhawk if I'm not in Virginia City for a different show
I will not be able to make it to the July 23rd event at Wente. I will be at the track for MotoGP

I will try to make the events that I can.

This was a very nice venue, problem is that is all it was. The organization was totally lacking. Displays were far apart, with no maps or directions. US cars were on the far side of a hill. We could see cars off in the distance, with no signs indicating how to get there. Breakfast which was supposed to be provided for exhibitors was not available. Sponsors displays were almost hidden from view. After spending hours taking in the event, I was unable to identify a single Mogulaire representative. Finding the venue was not easy, there were no signs on the roads leading to the venue. Exhibitors did get directions but not maps. I will be surprised if this event is on next years Concours calendar...

Running a small street event is much different than a full Concours.

    Mogulaire Concours d?Elegance ? July 23, 2011
"I had the misfortune of participating in the Mogulaire Concours d’Elegance at Wente Vinyards in Livermore on Saturday, July 23, 2011. Given the horrible execution and pathetic public turnout, I suspect (and hope) that this will be the last Mogulaire show. It was simply the worst car show I have ever attended.

Relative to the many other events we have attended... "

    Mogulaire’s vision and
    commitment to the Bay Area.

The East Bay of San Francisco has some of the best services and views in California. These assets are the platform on which the premiere luxury event of the region will take place.
Mogulaire’s founder saw the opportunity to bring together, not just a region, the whole Bay Area in an effort to execute a VIP luxury event to be on par with like occasions located in Monterey and Beverly Hills.

Businesses and residents of the Bay Area have been traveling to other regions for decades for exclusive couture events. It’s time business owners and people of the Bay invite their friends and clients to an event they can call their own. Mogulaire’s vision caters to a collection of businessmen and women that see the power in cross marketing. A select collection of brands and services with Mogulaire’s seal of approval, based on excellence, will be the centerpiece of a display not to be duplicated.

Mogulaire Inc. has made a five-year commitment to the region to not start another concours until the event at Wente Vineyards is on the same worldwide level of recognition as other top Concours d’Elegance in California.
