    Hello guys, Been looking for an original standard screwdriver for my tool kit for a couple of years now. Ordered one from FerrParts in October and it never showed up (despite several calls and e-mails). Any ideas as to who may have one would be greatly appreciated. Its the "Craftsman" style as opposed to the triangle style, although if I found both phillips and standard I would just change them out.

    Also checked with Ricambi and several others, although it was a while ago.

    I found a set of four (two phillips, two slotted) of the orange-handled ones on eBay a little while ago. I had two screwdrivers already, so I sold the extras on eBay.

    Ferrparts did not return repeated calls when I contacted them prior to finding these on eBay.

    I know of several owners who have experienced similar problems finding these screwdrivers. A number of people I know have replaced them with the "Beta" screwdrivers, which I'm told many concours judges will accept now in lieu of the originals, ostensibly as Beta is once again an official supplier to the Ferrari F1 team. The Betas are less expensive, and actually better quality, than the originals.

    If you're determined to get the original equipment, eBay is probably your best bet, based on my experience. Otherwise, the Betas are available for about $30 apiece on eBay as well as from several other suppliers online.
