Beautiful car Scotty!
Thanks, It's as close to perfect you will find in a car that is fully sorted and ready to DRIVE. I actually have a cash offer that I'm considering right now, but I would rather see it go to a Ferrarichat member and enthusiast. No stories, no excuses, very reasonable price. PM if interested.
If your a picky buyer ( I am) this could be your car. I am the second owner and have every service record since new. She has enjoyed climate controlled storage, regular service (recent engine out service done at local F dealer) and otherwise fanatical care. No accidents and a clear Car Fax....check it out here..... http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/vbclassified.php?do=ad&id=6619 Thanks.
yep -- it is too late. Car is for sale here: http://www.bergencountyauto.com/vehicle-details/465e66e37424a54bba3bf1e87f7e4aaf/1990+ferrari+348+2-door+sedan.html
I think I speak for everyone here when I say... what were you thinking selling a car like that?! Silly fellow. All the best, Andrew.
true but if it's meant to be...it's meant to be...but still, after much diligence you still gotta act!!
http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/vbclassified.php?do=ad&id=6739 I've owned her for just a year but just finding I don't have the time to enjoy her. Beautiful specimen, major done in May 2008, starts, runs and drives like a dream. Includes extensive service history, original tools, manuals and many other extras. I'm selling it with the Speedline Wheels and brand new Continental Extreme Contact tires -- or you can choose to take the original 348 wheels with Pirelli PZero tires at a lower price (or buy both of course). There's a picture of the car with both wheels on in this post. Making this car even more unique is that it came from the factory with the Challenge Package. Meaning this car has Challenge Suspension, Challenge Exhaust, Aluminum Pedals, Roll Bar Mounts (under the carpet) and a Challenge Steering wheel (second steering wheel is included). This information is from the previous seller (Salerno Motorsports) and I never verified all of this but it does appear to be true. Also includes: Original Car Cover Original Owners Manuals in Leather Pouch Original Complete Toolkit Original Portable Lamp Original Targa Top Cover (and Targa top of course) Original Challenge Steering Wheel Original Jumper Cables (yes you need special ones) Repro Shop and Parts Manuals Two Sets of Floor Mats Dust Top California Car Cover Contact me if interested for many more photos, videos, and information. Located in central Virginia. Asking $45k (remember this includes Speedline wheels and new tires which cost me about $5k) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Im in California, who is a solid service shop that can PPI a 355 Leak down, F-1 pump and clutch etc... Had a 95 355 and it required extensive service, this 2nd time around I need to be more careful...
I dont know if he still does them but you can try Tim Stanford. His number is 954-764-7824. Its been a few years but he has PPI'd two 355's for me.
I owned the car for a little over a year and had someone commit to it over the winter. Car is sold and went on the transport truck yesterday. Moral of the story is, buying the best car you can find will net you the least amount of problems and nearly zero loss at resale. The same cannot be said for cars at the upper end of the mileage spectrum. So much for being a dreamer!
Yes. Beautiful car and loved every minute of it but I have automotive ADD and like to change it up a lot. I don't usually keep anything for more than a year or so.
any idea if the new owners is a member? would you consider posting your sales price? Interested in market value of gts and that caliber.
Try posting in the regional section, and if you can give more info on the specific car you are asking about that would help.
The nicest 355 I've ever seen, hands down. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/vbclassified.php?do=ad&id=6972 She isn't cheap, but certainly shows that for the right year, model and color, these cars get a premium.
