I tried it on draft last month and didn't like it. My tongue and memory aren't geared towards in-depth reviews but "bitter" comes to mind though could be way off.
LOVE the New Belgium products. One of my favorite beers by them is called Trippel. It's Ale brewed with Coriander. Pretty tasty, and you'll feel it after 2 or 3 Having that brewery in Colorado is great--it's so common here that I was surprised you guys in the SE America hadn't tried it!! Everywhere we go their products are on tap. That is one of my favorite beers! Goes great with a nice hearty Bavarian meal. Colorado is a good beer capital these days; we have five local breweries in town that all have great products. (I like to take advantage of it too ) A beer I tried recently that I really liked was from Great Divide Brewing Co. in Colorado. It's called the DPA (Denver Pale Ale). If you see it in stores, check it out! Image Unavailable, Please Login

Had a couple of these tonight...http://www.deschutesbrewery.com/brew/inversion-ipa I'm also a fan of their Mirror Pond Pale Ale. Both pretty tasty!!
I just returned from France, and it's always a treat to enjoy a few Desperados on a sunny day. Highly recommended if you can find it. Yes, it is tequila beer.
Really nice, especially for the summer (it's 98° in central FL today) http://www.samueladams.com/enjoy-our-beer/beer-detail.aspx?id=58bde189-052d-4489-803e-5be9168c0c9b Image Unavailable, Please Login
While doing business in Mexico I've started drinking Bohemia "Obscura" which is a darker type lager, and it is much better than many of the pedestrian beers they generally have down there. Problem is that many of the places that have it never stock enough for my crew When home in Florida we have a bunch of Colorado transplants that can't get their Fat Tire, so we brew a beer ourselves that is very close to the real thing. There is something to be said about a beer like Fat Tire that has a unique flavor and is light enough in body so you can drink a number of them without getting plowed or bloated.
@ Wade: The New York Times recently reviewed Kölsch! http://www.nytimes.com/2011/06/29/dining/kolsch-a-summer-beer-worth-the-fuss-the-pour.html I love to drink a nice cold Kölsch on a hot summer evening, especiallybecause it is made in my hometown!
I just brewed 11 gallons of Kolsch that is still in the fermenter, and can't wait for it to finish! Great beer for hot weather or just easy drinking for anytime.
