Saw one in McLean a few weeks ago. Looked like a reguler Nippon-made Coupe that was just stretched in weird ways.

Saw an Aston Martin Vanquish on Jefferson in Newport News. Forgot how ugly that car is, there was one in the vegas FBIs impound lot a few years ago I actually liked, light green with dark green and creme interior, didn't look bad.
Pretty funny. . . I've never heard anyone ever say how ugly an AM Vanquish is. If anything that /IS/ THE classic GT touring car. Every successive AM car afterwards was essentially based on Ian McCallum's Vanquish design. . Maybe I'm biased, but I certainly don't share the viewpoint of a Vanquish being "ugly"
Black Murcielago on Old GeorgeTown Rd in Rockville a few days ago around 5pm. It had a nice set of deep dish aftermarket wheels.
It's very "fat", not too sleek. I guess when they first came out it wasn't bad, but there's no comparison to the DB9, much much better looking car.
you're crazy the Vanquish is *possibly* the best looking Aston only competitors in my book are the DB5 and the DBS
I guess I'm one of the few, I just don't see the appeal. DB9 is just miles better IMO Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have to say I share the same viewpoint as Damen here. Its the classic that I don't think there is a better GT touring car. The Vanquish is the best looking Aston ever (or certainly since the DB5). And all subsequent ones are based on the original McCallum design but nowhere near as good. I would say the DBS might give it a run for its money /now/ but thats only because they improved on the DB9 and made it more retro/similar to the Vanquish again. And you'd be crazy to choose a DB9 over the vanquish for looks. (for reliability, modern interior, yada yada yada - maybe). Looks - no way. In terms of fat - yeah. It's fat, low, squat and has a great road presence. It's not as fast as a Ferrari, Lambo, McLaren, etc, etc - but as a GT - not much else has come along looking better. . .

Who in Richmond has a black TR with red interior. Passed you in the bottom. First time I have seen that car around. New ride in town?
