Looks like another "Race to the first corner, then pull away" weekend. :(
Schumacher's KERS was not operational during this testing session. Looks pretty good there considering Nico's KERS operational and he was only .2 quicker.
I'm thinking that mcl will win this weekend as this track suits them, but think that RB will get their act together with kers soon and then watch out....
I think powerslide is referring to vettel. Let's face it, he really wasn't challenged but there was very good action amongst the rest of the players...
True, the fight up front wasn't exactly the most exciting but from 2nd-15th was a constant battle, and was exciting as hell. I guess some people can't be satisfied.
Ferrari's new front wing. The endplates on the cascade have a very interesting contour to them. I love the attention to detail. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Why is MS's car always broken and Nico's is fine? This goes all the way back to last year, too. If I was him I'd be pissed.
hah! Both Nico's and Schu's break at different times. KERS is a problem many teams for some reason. Their rear wing is having random difficulties too as it only does it sometimes, but when it starts doing it, the entire wing must be taken apart and reset. Really odd. ANyway Michael's broke during Q2 at Sepang and NIco's broke during Q3! Bad luck
On speed tv they said Ferrari has set a deadline before they do something drastic; anyone hear that? Or have more about the deadline/changes?
I did read that somewhere, Aldo Costa was discussing their "emergency" trip back to Maranello between Singapore and China. They have developments coming for their current aero philosophy, but he said that if it appears that they are not making progress with the current philosophy then they are developing a plan B which will take their aero design in a different direction (probably stealing as much of the Red Bull design as possible! ). I believe the decision point could be as early as Monday, following this Shanghai race.
