    File a dispute with ebay or Payal dude, they'll give you the refund and the seller cant say squat about it! You'll have to send the top back to the seller though.

    Aside from it not fiitting, did you feel the thickness of the original was much thicker ??
    I just replaceed my top and I am unhappy with the thickness of the material. He said its the Best German top made for my car,,, wanted your thoughts

    Clearly states that it is to fit like a glove or your money back.....ebay will take care of this if you file a complaint.

    A mate of mine got one for his 993 and it did fit like a glove. So I too was about to get a top from them for my 348. Not so sure anymore!

    I lost out, as it went over the 45 days period, due to other problems, but the seller refused to take a used 1 back, and asked for photos to show the fault. I even paid extra to get the gurantee fitting soft top.This is the 2nd soft top that I bought from eBay, by 2 different sellers and with the same fault. Must be from the same manufacturer. my advice is either get a original good used 1 or get it made,or $4000 from Ferrari if you think it's reasonable
