I think I unplugged something when working on the passenger side window ??

OK, so I had to take the passenger side door apart. Because one of the rail arms had snapped. So did the fix. put the door back together, noticed this yellow tab with two wires...see attached. I assume these somehow plug into the passenger side door speaker. Does anyone have a pic of how this attaches? Will just save me taking the driver's side door to figure it out.

Also, if anyone knows can you adjust the window on the rails? I think you can. Because now my windows closes a smidge more to the front of the window, leaving a small small gap at the back. Hmmmm.

Hey, I am proud of myself as this was out of my comfort zone, but I feel pretty good it is "almost" fixed. A lot of trial and error. Ha ha.
