5 car underground garage ; ) read comments below sort of funny - and true?! http://www.torontolife.com/daily/informer/gimme-shelter/2011/05/04/house-of-the-week-6-million-for-a-casa-loma-car-lover%e2%80%99s-dream/
On a sloped driveway it prevents ice issues. There must be a slope after the entrance of the garage since there is an underground portion. There are a lots of big houses in Markham behind Main Street Markham that has parking at the rear of the house which is in a valley. At the back you see them on their gigantic terrace patios and underneath are 4 car garages. The grade is steep so the driveay is heated to prevent ice buildup.
There is a heating pipe circuit (usually filled with hot water and antifreeze) which circulates around the driveway underneath the ashpalt or stones. Its expensive, but very effective !
Tubi'd out red/tan 348 Spyder buzzing up Dufferin @ Eglinton today. Top down and all Red 430B yesterday too.
Cool! It's always exciting to hear of new exotics hitting the streets. Speaking of which, I heard there was a 599 GTO in Yorkville a short while ago, as well.
One of my buddies was also telling me he spotted a 599 GTO at the Hazelton Hotel a while back, but unfortunately no pics....

Adi and Elan.....check this out: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/time-to-lead/when-a-university-degree-just-isnt-enough/article2014732/ Interesting article for you young University dudes.
Thanks Lucas... and it's so true. I graduated from U of T 2 weeks ago with a BA, and if it weren't for the fact that I start law school in September, the job market is absolute crap for my degree. Elan's got it a bit better though; I'm pretty sure he's a B.Eng and still has a couple years to go to finish his 5 year degree.
There is no point in getting a BA anymore.....IMHO don't waste 3 years in university, and $15,000 to end up with 25,000 other graduates in the GTA fighting for the same job. You are better off going to college and getting a specialized degree. Someone with hands on experience will be hired faster than someone without....once you have secured the job, the rest is up to you to learn, work hard and progress whether you started with a BA or college degree regardless. Going for an engineering, or law degree after graduating with a BA is the only reason to continue university. Thats just my opinion...this discussion could be started in another thread, there is lots to talk about this subject.
I advise at a college on their specialized, post-graduate programs (yes, you must have a BA or have completed a multi-year college program to be accepted) and, man, our grads who are switched on get jobs in their field in no time. Cool thing is that these programs are 12 months and the ROI is ridiculous.
Start a new thread. I have tons of input. I went for a BA because I initially wanted to do Criminology; I switched into Poli Sci/Forensics after my first year, but honestly, I agree. A BA will take you nowhere without further education.
Spotted this beautiful 599 GTO at FoO today. That makes a total of 6 Ontario GTO's I've seen so far with 1 more coming in soon! Image Unavailable, Please Login

Very sharp! The coupe is the new GranTurismo MC Stradale. I like the color on the GranTurismo Convertible. Do you have a close-up shot of its wheel design?
Yep, here's the wheels. Interesting calipers as well. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
