Could someone, anyone or maybe couple of you guys help me with a clearence numbers between the Gearbox crossmember and the ground? I am currently modifying my 355 suspension to fit in an Alfa GTV6 and forgot to take the measurement prior to starting my work. The shock towers need to move and dont want to weld them in too high or too low.
Will post pictures once one side suspension is fully complete so you can see what mods go into converting a 1986 Alfa GTV6 into a mid engine Alfa 355.

Couple of numbers from you guys will be better so I can average the clearance while the car is on the ground.

    Thank much

I figured someone would have helped you out by now............

I just went out to measure and my crossmember/bottom of clutch housing is 4.75" from the ground. My car is lowered a bit so I'd say 5.25" or slightly more is normal.

    Hope this helps.

Do not have recent pics but two months ago did a post. I am sure you have already seen those. Tax season came by and got really busy. Have not had the time to progress enough to post more pics. All I have done from the last post is modify the right rear suspension to push the wheel in about 4 inches and give it a slight negative camber for the future wheel arch to go around the 80s 16 inch gotti wheels.
