Congrats! While I am sure that you are enjoying working on your 355, the excitement will build up to such a high level when it is finally time to take her out on the road. Enjoy! ;)

    Welcome Scott!

While your engine is out, you should seriously consider installing Fuel/Coolant hose sets and a Gold Connector Kit from Dave Helms. You can purchase the hose kits from Daniel Pass at Ricambi and the Gold Connector kit from Dave at Scuderia Rampante Innovations.

I hope your car gives you years of trouble-free, pleasurable miles. :)

    Thanks all for the welcome!
Dan... The lift is a Challenger mr6. 6000 lb cap. It has been a great lift for general work but not ideal. If your in the market I would look hard at the max jax I think is the name. With this lift getting under the car is hard and dangerous. To get the belly pan off I have to put the car on the lift raise it, put blocks under the tires then squeeze between them to unbolt it.
Scott Already spoke with Niki about the gold kit and the hoses. Great products cant wait to get them.
Mr. Prada, I am just south of Kansas City in Olathe which is about 3 hours I think. And oh yea this one will be DRIVEN! I got it to about 6000, to hear it with the exh open and it sounds way to good not to! It was not running well when I drove it so I didnt want to push it hard.

Welcome Scott, and congratulations on a wonderful acquisition.

I agree with saw1998 on those upgrade kits, if you have the spare $$

Congrats on the car!! Looking at your center console, why is the ashtray/power mirror switch flipflopped? Looks also like the switches forward the shifter are missing?

Todd, its ok there are two things needed when owning a Ferrari, 1st is thick skin. If someone isn't giving you a hard time it means they dont like you. 2nd is a since of humor. Cause its not if, its when you will be working on it!

Robbie, I have not tackled the console yet. Someone has installed an aftermarket switch, I think an Escort turn dial. I dont know if they didnt put it back together right cause they just screwed up or if there was a reason for the flip flop. So far it is not to sticky but you will get them when they turn.

Should be getting parts soon so it will be headed the other way soon!
