Slightly shorter wheel base. Finally: smaller cars! Hope they do it lower.

The pictures are just to get clicks to the website. While its exciting waiting on a new Ferrari these photos offer absolutely no clue to what the car really looks like. I've heard from 2 reliable people the 599 successor will look nothing like the 599 except it will be front engine. Thats about it.

Do you know if Pininfarina is in charge of styling? There were rumors that they had a falling out with Ferrari, but there was no concrete evidence given.

Looks like the wheelbase may actually be a bit shorter than the 2750 mm of the 599. The photos show the rear wheels crammed into the front of the wheelwell openings. Maybe we can predict a 2650-2700 mm wheelbase? WAG, but who knows? Smaller is better, especially with E-Diff to tame the torque.

This mule, mechanically, should be quite close to finished item. GTO production ceases in July and this model will be presented in Geneva in March 2011.

Sorry, yes March 2012. I have no idea about the 599GTB - but that would surely cease too in July, although I would doubt any were selling recently.
