Was anyone else bothered by the way that guy was driving the golf cart around without actually looking where he was going?

Super cool idea. And that's in Minneapolis, right? Think of how many guys (yes, mostly guys) would be into that in major motor-culture cities like LA or Seattle or SF or Miami?

    Wow. Cool.

Holy crap -- everything I would want in a condo. Except they should build a track around it.

Add a track and you would really have something.

But I get the impression that most of the people there are more into the collecting that the driving. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Whatever floats your....car.

Hmmm, the garages in my complex may be quite a bit smaller, but the community is what I have here too. I keep my Dino and my BMW E28 there, my neighbour is working on his second kit car. My other neighbour has a Triumph Spitfire and a Volvo Amazon that he's restoring. Across the "street" is a 1966 Caddy, next to that 4 old Citroën cars. A bit further along a 993, across from that two kit cars, two guys with a couple of very old Benz's, then a guy with a BMW Z8, a 1986 500 SEC, a 1968 Fiat coupé, a couple of Porsches, downstairs a guy with a Lancia Delta Integrale, Lotus Elise and some more stuff, next to that a guy who has a bunch of late 1960's muscle cars, and the list goes on and on and on.

And yes, it's a GREAT place to hang out.

Pity that these boxes are so small (and expensive).

I've got no pics of the whole gang hanging out. Just these...

They have them in Ft. Lauderdale, I met a fellow that was selling/leasing them. Out of my league and I don't live there, but they will set it up any way you want. Kitchen, bathroom and of course a lift.

I had a number of conversations with Brunno before he started that project, its nice to see those finished.

There are car collections in the Mpls area that would numb ones mind and some are driven HARD and long. I do agree, a track would make it a Grand Slam.

New York has its version of it, with a nice track...

Membership is just a little outside of my budget.. I was invited to run the Euro around the track on guest day, maybe next year. Right now the wifes Chevy Volt is getting all the attention, funny how diverse car enthusiasts can be.
