I'm looking for best service adviser to work with at the Auto Gallery to help me with my Stradale and Maserati? I'm hoping that I can have a single relationship with both cars?

Dave and Nick are the only ones there that write service and the great thing is that they write Ferrari and Maserati. They are both great and cover for each other when the other one is not available, I think having 2 is better than 1, you should give a call or just stop in.

Not sure about the service writers (they have been through a bunch), but Eric Sanders is the absolute best Ferrari mechanic hands down at the Auto Gallery. I don't think he touches the Maseratis though.

    Rick,

Introduce yourself to John Kerley as a new customer. If you like I can do via email....introduce you guys. I will let him know that you will be bringing the cars to him.

Thanks Dustin. I assume John is the service mgr? A note of intro would be great. Hey, just signed up Platinum at Lavaggio for the new ride. :)

Thanks everyone for your input. Helps to know that only have two to choose from and both are good. For me building a relationship is key especially seeing that I will have two cars serviced with them.

Think of it as building a relationship with a service department not just a individual. I suggest to speak to everyone when your there. John Kerley is the service director for all of Auto Gallery, Dave Melton is the Ferrari/Maserati service manager and Nick Mattson is the Ferrari/Maserati parts manager who also writes service. Just sent a message to all 3 of them. Dave's direct number at his desk is 818-932-1708 and he is expecting you when your ready. If you are at the Rodeo show tomorrow Nick will be there in the Auto Gallery booth.

    Hi,

Just wondering if the CF engine bay parts were replaced under original warrantee or power cube? I was just told that they are not covered under power cube warrantee!
