Well that gives the mechanics roughly two weeks to finish it all up. I think we all hope that this timeframe is sufficient and will succeed. Just keep in mind it's the final homestretch already.

Man, this thread is pure eye candy. Forget the typical glossy photo shoots - I can't stop looking at that engine.

Very sorry for what you've had to go through and congrats on what looks to be a great outcome.

Since you have gone this far, and the engine is out, are you going to put on a Tubi header back system?

The new engine sure look amazing. You should leave it on a stand in the new garage and just have another peice of beautiful art, just kidding! I hope you get to enjoy the new engine very soon. Any idea how long it will take to install and test/ check everything?

Hopefully it runs as good as it looks!

    Thanks!

We'll keep it stock for now. The factory exhaust it pretty loud, especially when you first start it or exceed 6,000 RPM.

Yes, it will be a few weeks more. After almost 10 months, I think the first drive will have the same feeling as my very first drive.

Looking at the pics, that is one nice garage. Featuring both two F40's and an Enzo.

Any updates on the process of installing the engine in the Enzo Bill?

great sight, and a relief for you i'm sure

seeing the V12 Enzo engine, set right behind an open F40 sure makes the hot-rodder half of my brain spin with "what if?" LOL

    Congratulations Bill! :D

600 miles doesn't seem like much for a run-in of what is basically a brand-new engine. Although, I admit, the only thing I'm basing that on is what people tell me about running in new cars. Was it partially run in on a dyno for you before being put into the car? :)

    All the best,
    Andrew.
