Nice model. That car came to Road America when the team ran a car in 1 ALMS race. They brought the car you modeled as a back up/parts car since it had been in an accident(front pushed in on one side). Keep the very fine models coming. Alex Kustov should add some of his to this thread also.

Great work!!! The 712 looks like the UMI kit. I saw someone grafted a 512M nose on that kit to make it look more like the real car. Post the P3 photos in this section that you posted in old photos also please. Some of those guys get cranky if you take their thread off topic.

They both look perfect. You can now add Firestone rings since Stradsports now make them in 1/24th scale along with Good Year Bluestreaks. They are printed by Cartograf and are a almost perfect copy of the old Scale Designs sheet, only with better printing(he asked for my approval to copy).

How about a green and red Ferrari. Both from my Scale Designs kits that are now out of production.

nice agree! i bought the david piper one last year on ebay, now is on preparation, i like the wide fenders and wide wheels, comparing to the first lms. for the lm daytona, i opted the 1972 n.a.r.t. #74 car, coz it was the second of the best finished ferrari in that year, and probally it's much more red than the better pozzi. : )

Great job on the MG 312 F1 kits and the 355. Those MG kits required alot of work to look that good!!! I saw that 355 at Daytona in 2000 and 2001 and supplied SP with photos.
