Southlake public schools about as good as it gets, 5A school.

Westlake Academy, I'll let you look. About as good as it gets, but small, not as many sports, etc. http://www.westlakeacademy.org/visitors/home.html

no, Mia won't be in K until next Fall.

all the schools are exemplary rated, class size is pretty good, and various sports win state championships every year.

actually a downfall in my eyes is lack of several forms of diversity. everyone is smart, pretty, hard working, and wealthy! ;) ultra-competitive.

Don't forget Colleyville. We don't have the drive by shootings like S'Lake. :))

There are a few school districts in DFW that are exceptional.
Southlake is the only one I know of that is exemplary from elementary to HS for every school in the district.

Hey Paul. How old are your kids now? Colleyville is a little more laid back than Southlake. Both those are good choices but I think knowing you, I would lean more toward Colleyville......

Don't forget about Flower Mound. Our kids (4-6) go to Liberty Christian School, one of the best private schools in Texas, hands down. Our neighborhood is filled with kids. Half of them go to Argyle ISD the other half go to Liberty. Feel free to contact me if you want anymore info.
    Good Luck.
