Actually, they're closer than you think. Before serial number 75000, all road car serial numbers were odd numbers. And 61613 minus 61515 is 98, not 500 - and when you take into the account the odd-only numbers, 98 gets cut in half to 49. So your cars are only 49 serial numbers apart.
Is Jeff on here? Did you sell it to him directly? When did you sell it? Do you remember how many miles were on it when you sold it?
