What music do you listen to when you drive your Ferrari? What made you choose that music? Your recommendation for long drives?

Decat + Tubi. I disconnected the radio in my Ferrari. No need for it.

Early morning drive through winding country roads - Beethoven's 6th Symphony (The Pastoral Symphony). :)

    Also, Smetana, The Moldau.

Why? Nice flow in both pieces which which builds as you sweep through corners.

    EDIT:

You guys are such STUDS. LOL

But I do have to admit, even with an upgraded stereo it's hard to hear the music in an F355.

Lately I have been listening to Trance...but like others have posted here, the engine/exhaust is the best music of them all :):)

8 cylinders of Maranello's finest through a Tubi, Hyperflow, Tubi speaker system. Anything else would just be noise.

I have owned my F355 for 12 years, and driven over 40K miles, and in all that time The 300 Watt stereo has been turned on only 3 times.

    {I'm the third owner and did not install the stereo or the 50 pounds of amplifier.}

    Is this a serious question?

I listen to what I want to hear regardless of the automobile I'm driving.

enzo's greatest hits is all i can usually hear in all but the 456. and in the 456 i just pop in whatever cd i can find. i must admit that on longer drives i tend to start ignoring the music anyway.

In all the years I have owned Ferraris (since 1988) I have never once listened to the radio with the car in motion.

    This.

Can't hear much in the 328 under power. Can really only hear the radio
at red lights... but keep it turned down because invariably folks talk to
me at red lights with the top off.

So I guess I don't hear the radio very often.

I've had my car for a year and turned on the stereo once to make sure it worked, never again. I can't imagine trying to listen to music in there. But then I'm weird because I almost never listen to music at all, in any car. I find it distracting and I'd much rather live in my own head - I've built custom hot rods, climbed mountains, dated movie stars, raced Le Mans, and conquered Wall Street, all while driving serenely down the road. :D

Damn I should have been hanging out with you!!! No seriously I cannot listen to music while driving as I tend to find it distracting aswell and if I'm in a sports car the engine is my symphony.

I have a nice radio in the Fcar and turned it on once while sitting in the garage with the engine off. The sound system works but have never had it on with the engine running - seems the sound from the speakers would just be a distraction.
