Hi, Went for a ride in my 208 GT4 today after doing some work on it, eg new gearbox oil. It shifts nice and no problem with second gear. But, most of the time it goes normally 12345, but sometimes when I go from third to forth gear it goes to second instead, 1232? Trying going back to third and then forth, then everything is back to normal. Any ideas? /Pero
Might just need a shifter realignment.ot to hard to do and even easier if you have a helper and a lift.There are just two turnbuckles type nuts that need to be loosened.Some remove the gearbox sump pan by I did it twice on my GT4 with out removing it.Only pain was that I didnt have a helper and i was doing it on jackstands.Do a search and there will be more step by step procedures.
