The ABS Light on my 348 comes on...then flashes 2 times, pauses, and then 1 flash and then 2nd light is solid....I just finished putting a new clutch disc in and resurfaced the pressure plate as well as replaced the triple seals and a slave cylinder seal (was leaking and no pressure on clutch pedal), and bled the system as well with a Motive Power Bleeder....

Battery was dead since it took me months to find the time to do all this...Now my battery (which is only 9 months old) seems like it is not handling a charge. Its either that or the alternator. Anyway, I can't figure out the ABS thing, could something have happened to it when the charger was hooked back up to it to recharge the battery?

I checked all fuses and the only fuse that was blown was an oil cooler fan blower motor fuse which I replaced...Suggestions on where to look first?

Failurecode "21" at your ABS indicates 'Main valve' failure. The valves are located in the metal 'block' with the "ATE" sign below your brake fluid reservoir (see picture. Picture is from a early 355 but your ABS is the same). Check if the connector is mounted correct to the valve block and has no corrosion. Also check if the connector of your ABS ECU is attached correct.
If connectors are attached correct and the wiring / contacts are good there are two options:
    a) main valve inside the valve block is interrupted
    b) ABS ECU is defective

Thank you, do you know where the ABS ECU is located?

Also, how would I check if the main valve is interrupted?

The ABS ECU is on the right side of your car. If you have removed the complete carpet which covers the brake fluid reservoir (as you see on the picture in my first reply) you can see the ABS ECU on the right side of the car.
To check the valves you may follow the instructions in the work shop manual or simply measure the resitance of the valves in the block.

You have to measure the resistance of the valve coil windings at the ABS control unit electrical connector
