    Has anyone had any experience with the bushing sets sold by Amazon.com under the name of Energy Suspension ? They have a fitment guide that includes most Ferrari models and the sets seem pretty inexpensive.

    They also have car covers, ignition systems, wires, mats, light conversions, koni shocksand all sorts of stuff for 308's and 308 GT4's. Just type in under automotive search Ferrari 308.

    That's $22 for a single bushing, not the set. Lots of folks here have used Energy Suspension bushings -- just do a search.

    I used Energy bushings. I think I'd do OEM next time. The poly bushings creak a little over big bumps, and that's with the recommended Dow Cornign lube. Other than that they are easier to install and less expensive.

    do you have to realign the front end after replacing the bushings, my left side has a squeek to it and I fear it's bushing time

    Used ES bushings in several cars for many years, including the Boxer, and recently, the still-in-restoration 400GT.
    You could say that I've been happy with them.

    I got a full F&R set on eBay (from Maseratisource) which looks like the ones from SP - UK. I've yet to do the install, which I've planned for this FALL-Winter.

    I will probably need to do this soon. Lots of squeaks and knocks when going over bigger bumps.
    If one has a lift and a fair amount of tools, how hard of a job is it to change out the bushings?
    I have removed and replaced shocks and springs in a BMW 3 series but have not done bushings.

    Do I need a Press or anything to get the old ones out or the new ones in and are there any tricks we should know about if we are going to attempt this.

    The bushes are (and need to be) tack welded in so you either grind out the welds & then press them out, then press in new bushes & get them tacked; or you follow the other method which just involves replacing the core (using the energy suspension bushes)
