I wanted to comment that I was very impressed with Continental Ferrari’s service on my visit today. Unbeknownst to me, they closed early for an impromptu Ferrari event. Despite arriving ½ hour after the early close, they opened up and spent considerable effort moving numerous cars that were blocking me in. Naturally the detail job was up to their usual high standards but I greatly appreciated the extra effort they put forth to allow me to pick up my car today as promised. I thought the FChat community might like to be aware of this exemplary customer service.

Agreed. Without a doubt, I've always been extremely happy with the service at Continental.

I'd ask for Scott, but quite frankly if you call them, they will get you in contact with the right folks anyhow.

First class place and people, you can't go wrong.

Even a mint, award winning car needs belts, and other maintenance. Perhaps there were things beyond a typical major that pushed the price up?
