Tillman has 360 18s on his 328, and it looks fantastic, so I would expect the Challenge wheels to look outstanding. I'd like to see it myself, if you do it.

A 308 needs high offset wheels so you probably need spacers with these.

They look absolutely magnificent on a 360. Not sure how they would look on a properly lowered 308....... I suppose I would have to see to really know.

How much do those rear wheels weigh with a tire? 45-50lbs each?

Not sure, and I agree that they look sensational on a 360. I am probably too much of a purist to put these on my 308, however, was just interested in what others thought.

I concur to the concurring. I find putting newer generation wheels on classic sports cars vomitous, and the 308 is by far no exception. I have no problem with aftermarket wheels, they just have to be 'period correct' as far as I am concerned. Furthermore any wheels wihtout some sort of offset (those 355 and 360 wheels) will not look right on a 308 either. Just my opinion.

360 and 355 18" wheels will fit on 308/328 cars, but require spacers to fix the offset. The 10" rears will not fit under the back without either relocating the shocks inboard or narrowing the wheels.

That explains why you have fronts all around?

    Yes.

I wanted 355 wheels, but was uncomfortable with someone cutting and welding the magnesium alloy wheels. 360 wheels are aluminum, those are easier to narrow. The 355 fronts are 7.5" wide, which is close enough to the 7 and 8 inch wheels on the 328 for my purposes.

Some have placed custom narrow-body shocks on the rear to fit 360 wheels. I have no details on those fitments.

See http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=158704 for my 355 thread.

Personally...I would stay with period correct wheels.
