    I found a couple shift knobs on eBay that are "original 308" knobs. The diameter of these knobs are 1 5/8 inches. Seems small.

    Can anyone confirm if these are supposed to go on my car please?

    Same as my GT4, closer to 1-11/16ths or 43 mm.

    Hill engineering has a 47mm shift knob that comes in aluminum and chrome. That is probably what you have. I have been thinking about getting a larger knob for my GTB. If you want to sell yours, PM me.

    Those are correct.

    It's the 328 knobs with red lettering that are rare and expensive.

    You could always go with the 'Dead Osama Head with Bullet Hole', tho.....

    No, not for a GT4 or a 308, only a 328, the later cars!!

    Those are great just like they are, unless your gf wants it to match her nails or something..

    I replaced my 328's oem knob with the Hill. I liked the general look and feel BUT I removed it a month later and sold it to someone here on the site. It got too hot to touch in hot weather. Felt like a fool putting a white sock over the knob every time the car was parked in the sun. ;)
