    Hi guys,
    So I'm a new owner of a 1990 348 TS. My battery died and since I got her running the AC/Air unit with the clock wont work, the clock and lights in the unit don't even light up. The radio still works but I'm thinking it might just be a fuse, has anyone had any similar issues after a dead battery?
    Thanks for your help!

    Welcome to Ferrari Chat, Tommy;

    Since you're new, I have to ask if you are familiar with the famous "hidden fuse" issue on the 348? The fuse that controls the entire A/C system (and the clock) is under the liner in the front trunk, not in either of the regular fuse panels. It's a 30amp blade fuse, and it's notorious for melting due to high current draw. The approved fix is to replace the fuse holder with one used for stereo amplifiers, much more surface area, less heat.

    It's possible that your hidden fuse is OK. In that case, the first thing to try is to simply remove the A/C display panel from the center console, unplug it for a few seconds, plug it in again, and see if things are back to normal. This sometimes works!

    I have had this happen twice on my 1990 348ts. Once, the day I picked the car up in 2009, the other last week after some work had been done. Both times I simply desconnected the battery for about 30 seconds, reconnected and the Climate Control System came back on-line. I found that little fix in a writeup on My348.com. Apparently the battery disconnect forces the A/C ECU to reboot (?). Worth a try provided your CCS was working prior to the dead battery.
