    Gents,
Just bought 2004 360. Every dern time I want to start the car I have to hit the fob button, otherwise the engine won't start thanks to the alarm system automatic immobilizer.

Looked through the manual but couldn't find the answer. I simply want it to work like every other car alarm system. Enable engine immobilizer and alarm whenever I hit the fob button but only when I hit the fob button. All other times I should be free to start the car by simply turning the key.

Is this possibly a "dealer" adjustment?

    Thanks,
    Doug

    Doug,
I have the same problem. I would like to disable the automatic locking system. Have you found the answer? If yes, please let me know how.

Some guys down here have retrofitted the latest Viper alarm systems to the 360.. http://www.customcarstereosc.com/
ask them about the system they installed in Jason's black 99 360.
