    We need to do a fine dining. Jennie and I have enjoyed this restaurant several times. It is a hidden jewel in Southlake. Very fine food, great drinks, bar, live music, and great parking. I wouldn't call this "economical fine dining", but you can do their tapas, seafood, and steak for $20-40.

    We have our own room and tickets will be separate!

    We had dinner at Butterflys last night. A perfect 10!
    The owners came by our table and visited with us, very nice couple.
    The decor was great. Staff was awesome.
    Wine selection is as thorough as you will find in DFW.
    Menu was great. If you are tired of the same old steak and carrot, you will love Butterfly's menu. Venison sliders and Gratin tenderloin were incredible. We had 6 appetizers and loved them all. The sea bass ceviche was light and very good. My wife usually is not a ceviche fan (fishy) but she loved their sea bass ceviche.
    They also have a nice selection of personalized martinis, all very different from the routine cosmo.
    I can't say enough nice things about Butterflys. I highly recommend !

    the count is actually a little low, we can handle up to 30, but 20-24 would be a great number. please let me know by 8pm tonight, Ferrari not required.

    Greg, Ron, and I stopped into the bar Saturday night for a beer and they are very excited we're coming. there was a GT3 person in there at bar who used to do our Carson ECN's.

    Thanks to Rob and Jennie for setting this up. All you ladies looked beautiful, Mia included ! Had some great conversations, and the food was really good. Well done Butterfly .

    The Kansas side of the table seemed to be holding their own.

    We do need to get these dinners back into at least a bi-annual rotation.

    The Kansas side of the table had a great time. We can't find that quality of fine dining in Salina, Kansas nor can we find that many Ferraris. We do have several Ferraris in Salina, but they are locked up in a warehouse, I think. Thanks, Rob and Jennie, for inviting us - and thanks for allowing us to keep Mia.
