I wasn't actually referring to MY car. I've been driving mine heaps unlike Horse for example who yet again drove the rice burner on the GG run.
You're a champ! I am also pleased to hear you have had a wonderful first Ferrari ownership experience. Some people have so many issues it puts them off Ferraris. Or they have bad experiences with mechanics, PP has mentioned this many times in the past and has heard some shockers! That usually puts owners WELL off from ever owning a Ferrari again. No one likes to be ripped off or have poor work performed on their cars. Great pic and I wish you another trouble free 15,000 km's.
Yep..mechanics are the curse of car ownership. You're better off not needing one, that's for sure. If new Ferraris are reliable, then that's one of the best arguments for getting one I've heard!
it pains me to say this, but having driven a 458 and now Horse's ricer, the ricer is the more exciting car. Epic is an understatement.
i think ive spent at least 10% of those kms in the passenger seat.... even though it doesnt have the drama of the LP, its a much nicer car to be in through the hills. it photographs well too
That looks to be a pretty damn good piece of twisty stuff... I've got to do a "Grafton" run soonish so trying to work most of the elements in I did from the Armidale run earlier this year and some new stuff..
Pics of 458 Spider. Not official pics, but they are the latest pics doing the rounds in the 458 section. http://m.jalopnik.com/5832797/ferrari-458-spider-this-is-it/gallery Image Unavailable, Please Login
There is no ****ing but. Either they are official or else they are just another artist impression trying to sell a mag/website
Evo says the Spider will have a folding, two-piece chromatic glass roof (appearing black in profile I guess) which folds under a rear-hinged engine cover, with a flat rear electric window that can be opened separately like the Gallardo Spyder.
