Two times in the past week I've seen a message 'Service Stop Expired' displayed in my DIC. It only displays momentarily. It usually occurs shortly after I put the car into first and start moving. Does anyone know what it means? I looked in the manual but it's either not there or I missed it. This is a 599 by the way.
    Thanks in advance.

I would guess it means the car thinks it is overdue for a service?

The dealer just has to reset it.

What a coincidence! Same to my car, 06 612, for the last 2 days.

It should have been warning every couple of engine starts that a service would be required soon.
