Seems awfully long, mine was here in like a couple of days.
I spoke to Mike this morning, the grills are being held up at the powder coaters ax they had another supplier with a large run. He hopes to get them back tomorrow for a final fit befoe shipping.
Thanks for the update. I'll be back in NY after Sept 7...maybe we should have a group Challenge Grill installation lunch?
ARG!!!! Well DHL came today but I didn't hear him knock so he left a delivery fail and re attempt tomorrow letter. Upon reviewing our surveillance video the dude tapped the door with his finger nail. I left a " leave package on door step Memo" uhhh so frustrating
The pics came out poor but I guess it was because it was in the garage. I will try to get some better pics later but the grille is on and looks great. Now I have to find a place to hang the original part. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes be very careful when drilling out the rivets on the grille portion that has your 355 emblem on it and the third tail light. It must be removed to put the new grille on and you can screw it up bad if you mess up drilling out the two small rivets.
Put several layers of blue tape on the painted portions of your bumper and rear fenders adjacent to the rear grille before removal/installation, just in case, so that you don't scratch the paint. 1/4" socket set is best because space is tight. And here's a link on installation. http://www.the355.com/mambo/content/view/34/29/ Good luck!
Harder then I thought - The 4 nuts on the outside if you are good with a wrench GOOD LUCK, I had some help. Thanks for the tips. Image Unavailable, Please Login

I have one on my 355 and am very happy with it. I too noticed a significant increase in cooling. Plus I think it looks much better than the standard panel. Go challenge rear grill !!!
Finally had some time to put the grill on. Those top corner screws were a pain to get out, but eventually they came out. Image Unavailable, Please Login

I've been vacillating for a while now about a Challenge Grill. I now wish I have gotten in on this group buy. I'm glad you guys are happy, and they look great.
