    I dont know if someone here ever had it but Im glad to Post it.

    My Bearings(F355) had too much wear(Gearbox side),I didnt even bother to ask how much they costing by Ferrari. The whole shaft costing hundrends!

    After 3 days search......
    Original:GKN ex LÖBRO(Made in Germany), I called, they didnt give any kind of Information unless l order 1000 pieces !

    I found out that the bearing is EXACTLY the same with mayby 50 more cars such us an..

    Alfa Romeo 164
    Audi 100
    Audi 80
    Audi A6
    VW T3
    VW Synchro
    and Ferrari F355 :D


    Brand PEX (Made in Germany) 25 euros each.

    In the process of replacing many of the hoses on my 348, I was saddened to discover the
    LH and RH pipes to the idle regulators are no longer available.

    Ratting through a pipe parts bin at Super Cheap Auto (Australia) I discovered the LH pipe (Ferrari part number 143201) has almost an identical twin in the 1.3 and 1.6 litre Ford Laser (MacKay automotive part number BF8161211A)

    It is pictured below on the left, with a new Ferrari RH pipe on the right. The ID of the Ford laser part is a fraction smaller (about 2mm) but will fit with a firm push! :)

    No, it is aftermarket. The OEM folding key can be purchased from your local Ferrari dealership, but you must provide proof of ownership and VIN; they will ship the keys pre-cut. This is an alternative for an inexpensive blank to have on hand as a spare.

    I recently installed the "grounding" boxes on my 348 to fix my slow electric windows. Worked great. While doing this I had to remove the driver side window switch because it was not working. I was able to fix it but at the same time noticed that it looked an aweful lot like the switch I used for my recently sold street rod. I had one of these switches left over so I compared them. EXACTLY THE SAME SWITCH. Other than the fact that the switch I had showed an arrow instead of a little window picture on it, they were the same. I plugged it in and it even fit in the Ferrari factory bezel.

    The whole electric window kit for two windows was $150.00 on ebay. This inlcuded 4 switches and two electric motors and all the wiring.

    I beleive you can get the switch alone on ebay for around $15.00. Around $80.00 from Ferrari sellers.

    I bought a couple of OEM keys from my local Ferrari dealer (FoSD) a few years ago for $27 each. I haven't checked lately, but it appears I should have ordered a crate of them (they didn't bother to cut them, I received them as blanks) - I've heard others are being quoted $100 - $175 per key from their local dealers. The FoSD service dept. number is 858-831-0717 if you want to check on current pricing.

    The Ilco's are about $3/each, I use them as my driving key and keep the originals in a safe place.

    can anyone confirm if this bearing works for (rear) 348??

    i know rear wheel bearings have been a $ supply issue, so would be great to find an alternative source then Ferrari (to pricey)
