LOL thank you The garage is no longer just a dark place to park a car and store junk. It is seen as being an extension of the home, so I feel it must look as good as the rest of the home. With my last house the garage being fixed up really helped sell the house. I am having the concert polished next month, I post pixs after it is done
Zapper, that promises to be a good-looking, unique garage. By the way, there is a forum called Garage Journal that is quite interesting. You can open a thread there, so we can follow your build. Andres
Two questions: 1. What should I use to lubricate the guide rails for my shop and garage doors? 2. Recommendations on a garage door opener for shop-sized garage doors (those tall enough to let an RV through)? Not looking for extravagant but security is important.
pales into comparison with most of these, but I do all my work here. Sorry no F car yet, but hopefully one day Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here is a blog that is a good resource to helping you with question #1 and other garage questions you may have: http://buildingtheultimategarage.com/category/garage_doors Note that there is an article on garage safety which includes hyperlinks to buy the correct lubricant that should be used on garage door hardware. Hope this helps! Chad
Posted a picture of a project under construction in Houston of a Ferrari owner who is re-creating a home theater experience in his garage. The garage will feature 8' tall California Audio Technology speakers that retail for over $250K! I'm sure you will enjoy the promotional picture of the CAT speakers taken next to an Enzo: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?p=140845398&posted=1#post140845398
Looks good! I've got a friend that lives in Deer Park with an orange Superleggera and a blue Viper, maybe you've seen it around?
