    Hey guys, Don't own anything close to a Ferrari, but i'm from Chicago, and go to school here in Arizona. I'm a photographer, who shoots Automotive products for work (back home) and i also shoot cars!

    I'm trying to build up my automotive side of my portfolio a little more, and would like something more exotic then Honda's, BMW's, etc.


    Sooooo, if anyone is interested, i'd be offering free photoshoots :) only thing that would cost is if anyone wanted them printed out.

    I'm also a forum whore, so i'm not just posting once and leaving, i'll be here for awhile. hehe

    Yup, Black. Don't think i'm one of them 'ricer' guys..I actually work (back home) at a shop, that produces very nice cars, and i'd be shot to death by them if i riced it hahah

    Hah, good! I have a 05 Accord LX :eek:

    Not as fun as a Si, but it's a decent car for now. I am only on campus Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    How long have you been in AZ? Do you know about the shows around town? Cars and Coffee, Pavilions?

    I've been here since 09..Just for school, and i go back to Chicago in the winter, and summer to work. I only know of cars and coffee, and pavs..I went to pavs last weekend and it was a major disappointment.

    We have 'super car saturday' back home, which i'm assuming is the same as Cars and Coffee, but havent had a chance to make it to one.

    pavillions is a hit and miss sometimes. most of the time the good cars come out during the auctions in january.

    ok, whats pavillions? i've been to cars n coffee and scottsdale cruise in. what is the pavillions?

    Damn, I thought I told you about that. :eek:

    There is a car show every Saturday from 4PM to 8PM+ at the Scottsdale Pavilions off of Indian Bend and the 101. The show is usually packed with classic cars, which isn't a bad thing. There are sometimes some exotics that show and some cool and unusual cars that come out.

    Bleh. I think the Classic cars was the best..I was there last weekend for the second time, in 2 years and I really miss the car scene back home :(

    ahh ok, yeah I refer to that as the "scottsdale cruise in" didnt now it was called pavillions. i've been there 3 times this summer.

    I was there earlier today. Usually the lot is full, there was probably 1/4 of the cars there and that was a few hours late. Not sure how it was last weekend though.

    What car scene do you miss that was back in chicago? I'm sure we have it here, you just haven't gone to the right events!
