Indeed. Seems to me accounting is like statistics; Use it to prove anything depending on where you're coming from. He needs a nice juicy, Kimi style quote here; "I was taking a ****!" would lighten the mood! Chers, Ian
Yes, I think his new contract has put him at ease and increased his confidence....just as his teammate seems to going in the opposite direction.
Here's an interesting F1 cost tidbit which should be of some use. It costs at least 625,000 for a F1 standard chassis/survival cell/tub to be built and finished without anything added such as power steering, suspension or wiring looms. Talk about madness.
I'm assuming we're talking about the infamous Bild here? While they are obsessive in their focus (hey, I can relate to that ), they are no dummies when it comes to knowing their readers: They cover the subjects their readers care about.
Bild (like its counterpart the Swiss Blick) has to be taken with a grain of salt: They both are trying to be sensational and they both can make a mountain out of a mole hill. I have fallen for that occasionally (like e.g. believing Blick that the TR would be super fast this year). However they're not really wrong: They walk a fine line between exaggeration and lies. We (the readers) are the fools if we take everything at face value. That said, both papers are excellent measuring devices of what the majority of their readership thinks: They know how to pander to their audience, for better or worse. If they cover Vettel's race preparation at nauseam it is because their readers are now totally in awe of Vettel.
Truth. I actually like the overrun on these cars as well as the TC sound...sounds so thundering/powerful
OK, I'll go with that. But that remains a *long* way from the 800,000, per car, per race, for a wing or two as initially suggested.... "Kinky Kiely" is the same tub he started and will probably finish the season with; At 625,000, it becomes almost cheap...... Cheers, Ian
Who knows what their bringing to each race, but from the photos at Monza it was clear that they were running with a different Monza spec floor
It's streaming (without commentary!) at speedtv if that helps...... Bruno just destroyed a Renault. Cheers, Ian
Sorry dude, didn't see this until now. Go to speedtv.com -> f1 -> stream and you should be good next time..... Cheers, Ian
