Since my 355 is in the shop, I have no access to it and need to know where or what this one particular wire goes.
I am talking about the electrical wire that is incased in a accordion type of insulation and it runs from the front under the car, tighed to the pipes that run on the bottom of the car and goes up in front of the fuel tank into the engine bay. Does anyone know what this wire is connected to in the engine bay. The front portion goes into the large 36? pin connector on teh driver side in front of the wheel well.

    Thanks
    Steve

Likely an ABS wire if it comes from that ECU, but I'm no expert on that. Those wires have round plastic connectors in the rear and go to the top of the wheelwell.

Are you talking about the rear ABS sensor wires that run next to the power steering and coolant pipes under the car?

They are in a plastic corrogated tube and one goes to the right side and the other goes to the left....they are marked DX and SX.
The ends are round plastic twist plug conncetor.

    Yep
Mebbe we both should move to Colorado. I know a guy there who has a ranch and needs "help". We could stack a couple of containers and call it an apartment building. The pay ain't so good, but it's more than I'm makin' now.
Bet he's got some extra copper tubing in the shop, so's we wouldn't even have to move the .....uhhhhh...... "refining equipment".
He's got a coyote problem too. He'd probably furnish us ammo. Sit on top of the apartments and kill us some dinner. Kinda stringy in my experience, but with some BBQ sauce and some ....uhhhhh.... refined liquids, I think a fella could make do.
As I see it, all we gotta do is convince his wife, Miss Kris, that we'll be a good influence on the feller.
    Whaddyathink?

I'll take it its for the ABS and I should be able to find the end plug. Thanks much
On the Colorado move, let me just get changed. I'll pick you up in 45minutes. Anything the rancher pays us today is more than what I am making also. So, can't see how I can loose. Don't bring this up to my wife. I told her I have a job interview out of state. She does not know I am going to meet "female" cows or whatever the technical term is for them. I know there is one :)

Sounds like the start of another "Cult".......a commune of broke Ferrari owners trying to live off the land....

Guess it's time to pack up the brewing equipment and grease up the wooden wheels on the covered wagon.....I got 2 goats and a chicken as my contribution.

I'll bring enough corn to get us through the season and for seed. Let's hope the hosses don't get into our supply, though.

Holy Hell, Momma grab the BIG gun......Muleskinner Bruce is in route. No need to leave the lights on, the splitter on the covered wagon will give out before he hits the state line.... GA that is.

Why is it you all plan a Commune over AFTER all the Hay is put up for the winter??? First snow is only a few weeks out... that should create a replay of the Donner Party Adventures.

Why......What is it about, when everything inside me said 'dont open it'.....

    Bruce is bringing Corn.
He, like me, thinks you can grow stuff on this big rock, I am the biggest running joke in the Valley. The neighbors all gather together and have a beer in their lawn chairs.... laughing until tears, when ever I am out in the pasture turning over VW Bug sized rocks, trying to plow with a 1940's tractor, shooting Rattle Snakes on the fly. Looks like a bomb range when I finish. Between fits of laughter they yell, "Hey Doorknob, why are you screwing up a perfectly good pasture?" Corn.... Yah, best bring flour too.

    FBB
He brings the soot flinging dulley trying to pull parts of a dead red sled up the hill where there is no oxygen....

And you... The English language lacks the correct words.

Kris is out of town visiting her friend back in the Norwegian Rivera and she left me to feed and care for all the critters. Yesterday AM a pack of Yotes (week before it was a Bobcat) almost plucked out her favorite dog off the drive. If they find me hanging from a tree this weekend you will know one of her dogs went missing upon her return.

Yupper, sounds like a GFRT Reunion.... and only one car made the field this season.

After watching the news this AM, I take back everything I said, Muleskinner Bruce.

With the new tax being put on Jack Daniel's.... we could be looking at the next Rockefeller!

Suzana is a brew master...just hope I don't have to nibble on her to make it there.

I'll be taking over the F40 water heater apparatus just to speed up production...u will need to camouflage it to look like a replica of sputnik I.

How close to the back deck will Kris let us build the test track?

Don't worry about the big rocks I'm bringing some nitro...

Hay barn??? That'll go pretty quick as I normally fall asleep with a lit cigar.

Just think what a hoot it'll be having all of us around the table for thanksgiving....just the start of many many years as one big happy family with a fresh supply of booze 24/7.

I'll go ahead and tell you what you and Kris can get me for Christmas...a straight 355 chassis and engine rebuild.....I'm getting both of you an electric tooth brush but don't tell her as I want it to be a surprise.

Let you know later on where we are going to put the outhouse...
