Wow that is a very interesting boat. I don't think I have ever seen one of those before. No windshield? How is it powered?

Between the cars and the boats on here it is making me realize I need a new job!!!

Last Saturday was the best boating day yet. Cruised to the Bohemia and back to the Chesapeake Inn for a late lunch. Still a decent amount of debris in the water and overall the water is still very dirty. I'm thinking about heading to the Annapolis show on Friday and will be back at the boat on Saturday. Planning on heading to the Bohemia, dropping the hook and grilling all day long then head to the CInn for dinner. Not many nice boating days left!

I recall you sold a boat before you bought the 360. What do you have now?

I completely redid a 31 Bertram, then got out of the fishing scene and bought a 2004 312 Rinker. It's a great boat for how we use it!

The 31 Bert was my pride and joy. Gutted the boat, went from gas to diesels, new bridge, new interior, new everything.

Wow! Fantastic work. Hard to believe that is the same boat. More pictures. Would love to see before and after pics of the interior.

Redoing the boat was a blast. There is a bertram website similar to this where you really get some great ideas from people who have redone their boat as well. The interior was gutted as well, new design and layout, I put in a couch that converted into a bunk bed, added heat and ac, a mircowave, diesel genset, tinted windows to keep the cabin cool and add some privacy. The 6BTA Cummins pushed her at a very comfortable cruise of 26knts and about 15 gallons per hour. I knew the little fuel they would burn so I didn't even put on a fuel gauge during the redo. Holds 225 gallons, genset burned 0.3 gal/hr. Most I ever burned was a fishing trip, out 83 miles at 23knts, trolled for 10 hours, ran home from 85 miles at 26knts and took 132 gallons. Those were the days! I went so far as to put a new bridge cap on and even added cockpit controls.

Very nice work, though those E120s looks spread pretty far apart. As a kid I always wanted one and they are still a fantastic looking boat today.

Looks like one more decent weekend coming up. I'll be making our usual trek to the Bohemia and then the Chesapeake Inn for dinner. Saturday will be my only shot due to other commitments on Sunday. And no, watching the Eagles in no longer a priority!!

Beautiful! I love classic lines in sail yachts.

Personally, I'm looking at a 34 - 38fter at the moment. This one in Holland stole my heart yesterday, impeccable condition and the right configuration. I just need to see if I can berth her at Jersey (Channel Islands). And do some courses - it's been over 20 years since I sailed. Lots to learn, especially about the tides in the English Channel.

Also looks great, Ron! I was in Denver recently (well, Golden, CO). What are the best spots of water over there? Grand Lake? I've been offered a PhD at the School of Mines, could be a great couple of years in CO. It's lovely out there.
