    Thanks.

Sure...no problem. Attached are the pics.

First is a picture with the grille in place in aluminum.

Second is a picture with no grille in place.

Third is a picture with the grille in place in black.

I hope this helps. In person (I have a crappy camera) I personally think the black looks the most factory, although the aluminum may look good on some cars as well...personal opinion I guess. The plain aluminum really shows up well in the pictures but the black looks really nice in person as well.....my camera just does not pick it up as well as I would like. It is the same mesh so, if you can imagine, the black looks just like the plain alumuninum in the pictures, just painted black.

    Thank you.

I just noticed that the 348 Spider has a different grille and may have different mounting points. I do not beleive this grille will work for the spider style grille. Of course, if I had access to a spider, I am sure I could make the needed adjustments and make one for the spider as well.

I apologize to all my 348 spider friends out there, I was not aware that they changed the grille in these models.

The grille will definately work for the 348 TB/TS so these cars are good to go.

I once again apoligize that I am just now realizing this.

    George.

May not work on the 348 GTB/GTS either then. :(

I already put this offer out there and got responses but a couple guys could not do it right away and one has not gotten back to me.

I am looking for one person who is willing to install the front grille and take pictures and write a review of the grille. I will ship a Free grille to whoever is willing to do this...I will even cover the domestic shipping.

I just want one independant review to make sure the product installs and looks as good on someone else's car other than mine before I send it out to all those interested. I am sure it will but I would hate to have 30 made, ship them out and find out each car is a little different and adjustments need to be made.

Please PM if you are interested. I will be ready to ship the first one out by Wednesday.

    Thanks,

    George

Thanks for the pictures. I have a spider and I think the screws are placed at the bottom of the grill. I'll take a look when I get home. Maybe you can make a spider version.

Definately. I would just need the car for a day or two to make the template. Anyone in the South Jersey area?

    Thanks

I have one update. I spoke to a powder coater today to get an idea on having the grilles powder coated. My thought on this are that since the grille will probably take a fair amount of abuse on the front of the car, the powder coat will be much more durable.

The other reason is that for those who want it in silver, the powder coat will protect it better than raw aluminum and probably look nicer.

With the extra cost, would $55.00 a piece plus shipping be fair if I get them powder coated? I was going to offer them on ebay for $80.00 pluse shipping. I think the end result will be much more durable than paint.

Let me know what you guys think and I will set things up.

I will post this in the other threads but will probably continue the rest of the discussion on this thread for simplicity. Sorry for the multiple threads.

    Thanks to all.

    George
