+1, I also have the Capristo level 1. At WOT all levels are the same, as the bypassed exhaust is directed straight through the muffler can to the outside two tail pipes. During idle and part throttle, the exhaust is going through the muffler can baffles, and directed to the inside two tail pipes. Level 1 is simply a bit quieter, at idle and part throttle...but still considerably louder than the oem factory muffler. Level 1, 2, and 3 should be pretty much the same at WOT since the exhaust pathway is identical.

This is a highly subjective topic and one that pops up all the time and is never ever settled to everyones liking.

To get the best sound for mine was to fabricate my own exhaust and tune it for my engine and my taste.

A very good example of this method was just recently done by one our consultants Llenroc on his 355CH street car.....WOW!!!! Great job Vern...

The Capristo Racing eliminates the Y pipe section, and will give a nice deeper tone to the exhaust.

The Kreissieg Ultimate is the single loudest exhaust, with the valves open it screams and is insane, easily the best IMO.

MS Racing would be my second choice. Not quite as loud as the Kreissieg Ultimate, but it has a fantastic high pitched tone that is second to none. Videos:

I have Fabspeed headers, Fabspeed Hi Flow Cats and Capristo Stage 3, during highway driving it is Formula 1, not close, but actual Formula 1. When I go under overpasses, tunnels and even a crosswalk over, the sound shatters and scares people and animals for miles away. No joke, when I am driving and opening it up, you can hear me from miles away. Go Capristo Stage 3- never look back and never want to get out of your car.

I also have the typical mustangs, corvettes, etc. that are near me in traffic, rev their cars so I can hear their exhausts. I, of course don't do anything but laugh in my head. When the light turns green and we start to drive, this is when they roll up into a ball and want to hide when they hear the sweet sound of my car. Pure enjoyment.

Buy and install Capristo Stage 3 and don't look back.

I have a 355B with Fabspeed headers, a Capristo level 3, hyperflows, and the Fabspeed bypass pipe. It is an unbelievable sound and at low rpm nice to drive in traffic and neighborhoods. Above 4,000 rpm it begins to develop that F1 sound. All of this easily passed a recent emissions test.

It is a sensational sound...unique to everything out there. I recommend this combination without hesitation. And it runs so much cooler in the engine compartment with the Fabspeed bypass pipe which eliminated those two small cats....they were acting like plugs in the exhaust.

Take a look at some of the photos.....

I have a tubi on my 355. What else can I add to my tubi to make it sound like a f1 car.

Barnone, the tubi exhaust is a great exhaust. A very high percentage of Ferrari owners choose Tubi. I actually had a Tubi ordered and delivered to dealer and then did some more research and decided to have them return it and go Capristo. Tubi exhaust sounds great in a More muffled baritone sound. Capristo sounds as if the Formula 1 race just started in your neighborhood. To answer your question, headers and hyper flows will help to free up more air going into the Tubi or you could sell it and buy a capristo. I would, from experience, opt for the Capristo. Rmemeber though with that Formula 1 sound comes a great deal of attention from local law enforcement. My car echoes and screams far behind and ahead of the actual car. Those that write tickets hear that and get all excited. Still wouldn't trade em in for the world. Just my 2 cents. Btw at normal rpms, my capristo sounds very reserved, noticeably different than stock but nice and tame at same time. Good luck.
