how do you get that screen? is it on Race mode only? i played around with the left screen and cannot succeed in getting that warm-up screen. for now i just monitor my oil level.

also, why is it when i'm low on fuel, i cannot see the mileage reading anymore? that drove me nuts.

The Service Manager said the same to me when I picked up my car last week. He said we know what you do in the car when we plug it in. I broke mine in as pee the manual....however, is there a bedding in process for the CCB's as they don't stop at all when the car is cold and the weather is chilly and you don't use the brakes that much!

It's most likely for the gear sets more than the engine.

Provided you have the TMPO option on your car - not every 458 has it.

Are you sure you need TMPO to achieve this screen. My dealer didn't tell me that.

the procedure is to protect the problem where it always is: between the chair and the wheel...And it takes a lot more kms to master the horse fully...

Just finished the 2nd week with my first Ferrari..the 458 Italia.
I followed the procedure in the manual which states:
"Avoid exceeding 5,000 RPM for the first 1,000 km (620 mi).
After starting, do not exceed 4,000 RPM until the engine has
    warmed up (oil temperature: 65-70 °C/149-158 °F).
Do not let the engine run at a constantly high speed for a
    prolonged time." on page 136.

It was tough keeping that beast below 5,000 RPM's.
