Some interesting items on this site. Thanks Pap. There is also an Aussie based site for replicas. I'll post the link when I can find it.
That would be why I couldn't find it, thank you for that. Someone said it takes about 3 weeks to receive? Any replicas you all can recommend? There are so many on that site I like. Sent from my DROID X2 using Tapatalk
It would have to be Michael. I have a feeling though the Chinese Police/goverment are powerless to stop them. There are sooooooooooooooooooooo many people (businesses) making replica/fake products over there, I am not 100% they can stop them all doing it. Too easy man. I would be interested in checking out that Aussie site when you can. It must average around 2-3 weeks for mine from China to Australia. They arrive in this unmarked box, labled as a gift. These pics are of my replicas. The Tag replicas are very nice, the silver Tag Link 200m I bought for a friend who wanted one. It's been his daily wearer for over 12 months now without any issues. The Panerai replica is my favourite, it's very comfortable to wear. The RM 011 replica looks pretty cool also. I will get a Rolex replica next and then perhaps a U-Boat replica which would suit my fat wrists perfectly. I don't see FChat advertising anything. No replica watch maker or seller is a sponsor or vendor here. It's a discussion thread. You will find all sorts of discussions all over this forum discussing a wide variety of interests, activities, news, etc, and discussing a potentially illegal activity is not illegal.

This thread is awesome. I can buy the wife and kids the world, But have imense guilt spending on myself. It's my own issue but now it doesn't matter! I just bought my wife a bunch of LV from the LV store... And now I'm am going to go nuts on replicas for me Thanks for all the pics PAP!
So has anyone in the US ordered through watcheden.biz? Any problems with shipping etc, do get a little nervous giving them a credit card number. I agree with everyone that a fake is a fake etc, but it does give me the opportunity to trial a watch before I purchase the real thing. I have small wrists so I would like to try how the 39/40mm case feels before I pony up for the real deal.
i kinda understand this thinking but i think i am more inclined to say that if you are a buyer. most jewlers would have no problem w/ a prospect taking as much time as one needs to trial wear the watch. i personally hate the fake markets for anything be they watches or cigars.
I was in Cairns the other day for a holiday with the Wife. We don't have any 'good' watch shops here, so I always get excited when I walk past the good watch shops in the Cities that sell all my favourite watches. There was a shop selling high end watches. I want a Rolex (well, Wife wants to buy me one for our 10 yr anniversary). She is such a sweetie and I love the Submariners. *wink wink* We went into the shop, plenty of Rolex watches to pick from in all makes and models. I looked at a few, although some looked perhaps a tad too small for my wrist. My biggest fear as I have big arms/wrists...........errrrr, big body. Had the staff wanting me to try them on, but I declined. I can't put an expensive watch on decide whether or not I want to spend $10K on it after wearing it for 10 mins or even 2 hours. It's pretty daunting being the first time for me. I had the feeling the staff wouldn't let me spend the day wearing it in the shop, let alone taking as long as I liked with it before committing to purchase it. In saying that, I have never asked or had the pleasure of buying a big dollar watch to know. Is it a common practice is it? I am glad I have those few rep's I have because it has given me a good idea in regards to which watch I really want and will buy the real version. Out of the 3 different replicas I have, I would only buy one real version of one of them. So I will get a Rolex replica soon, then decide if I want my Wife to buy me a real one. I don't want to spend big bucks on a watch I wouldn't wear. On the same trip a few days later, I walked into a newspaper shop to buy some crap. The owner was wearing a REALLY nice Breitling Navitimer. I mentioned "love the watch" as I walked out of his shop and he proceeded to tell me it was a 40th b'day present to himself as he has always wanted one. I smiled and said lovely. He then told me he wish he didn't buy it because now he owns it, he doesn't actually like wearing it. The ONLY reason he wears it, is because "it's a lot of money to just sit around at home and not get any use." After 2 yrs of owning it, he still doesn't like wearing it. I told him that's a shame to hear and then walked out feeling glad that I hadn't done the exact same thing days earlier while looking at those Rolex watches.
I have several Rolex watches. I cant understand the hesitation and the desire to use a rep watch... other than the price. I wear my Rolex's 80% of the time... My Ferrari Pam once and a while and my Mille Miglia -Chopard almost never... which will be traded in on a cartier for my wifey... they only reason I dont wear my Chopard is I love my Rolexes more. If you are a watch guy, get the watch you love... buy a used one first if the price is an issue, but dont forget you can always trade up & around. with a replica... its money down the drain... I did have a fake Rolex Presidential when I was 19... back in the 80's...use to wear it when I was at the F-1 races, figured I had to look the part in the Paddock! - but was always self concious.
Buying used, makes sense. But wouldn't you still lose more than $200 each time trading up and down as you mentioned, as opposed to spending $200 on a replica to try out? I know what you're saying though, great idea and I never thought about going down that track. Are you going to lose some big dollars trading the Chopard for the Cartier? Or am I wrong in thinking this?
Usually I have not seen a loss. on my Daytona's I've made out - bought a SS white face about 9 years ago - $7800, sold it for $10.5K.... Chopard was $4800 ( used ) and cartier is about $6K so not too bad. I've either kept what I paid or slightly more. Sold a Gold Cartier in June and it was almost 2.5 times what I paid just for the gold alone. if you buy a Rolex, and hold it, you most likely will not lose any $$$. if you try to flip it ... you may have problems. I dont know what replicas cost ... I paid $50 bucks back in 1986 for my Rep presidential... so some of the pics I've seen here are convincing, but depending on how long they last to me its money down the Rolex fund drain. If the replica is $200... and you get a year from it... over 10 years - you have paid for your Real Rolex.
