I have a small water leak, necessitating the adding of coolant periodically to the radiator. I understand if it takes more than a cupful or so, I need to bleed the system which is supposed to be within my embarrassingly narrow range of skills. Can someone tell me how to do it?

There should be several threads if you take a look in the 308/328 section - if its like the 308 its best to do it with the nose raised

Where is the coolant leaking from? I would verify where the leak is coming from first. If it coming from the expansion tank cap you should replace the cap with one rated at 1.1 bar as this is a common failure point when they get weak. You may also have a water pump going out or a failing hose. Hard to say until you find the source of the leak.

If all you want to do is bleed the air then the procedure not in the thread DrKananga noted is accurate.
