Hi, I have recently built a 1/2 scale go kart version of the 1989 Fomula 1 Ferrari (the #27 car) I just finished the custom fiberglass body and almost ready for paint.

Id really like to use the exact paint color from that year. My best results so far have yielded the following:
1.) Paint color code ROSSO CORSA 322 D.S.
    or not as close
2.) Rosso Corsa (Glasurit FER 300/6)

I've been every where from the internet, to Ferrari dealerships, and I even sent an email to the Ferrari Museum in Italy...I hope they answer in english...

I've contacted Albert Kemperly supplies and they will make me Paint color code ROSSO CORSA 322 D.S....I just want a little confirmation from you guys that might know more. Please don't guess...Thanks.

Here are some specs on my Ferrari go kart:
    7 ft 3 inches long
Approx 180pounds with custom fiberglass body
Fully funtioning doublewishbone suspension with hidden coil over shock
    Dual rear Tokeca brakes
    Honda civic brake master cylinder
    Kawasaki KX60 Engine, 5 speed w/ clutch
    Top speed 70mph

When done I'll post some photos if people are interested...Thanks - Phil.

    Either color would be appropriate.
