Most model companies do not have liscensing as its not required to make replicas as that is considered sculpture and is covered under The Lanham Act of 1946 which pretty much covers all trademark laws and intellectual property. Its not "illegal" to make a model of any car even though some keep saying it is. Anyone can say what they want but the facts and laws are covered in Lanham. Everyone is entitled to there own opinions but not entitled to there own facts. It may not be authorized, but its not illegal except if they suggest its authorized or liscensed when it isnt. They also can not use the trademark in the advertising of the item. Its no different than selling a photograph of a car. The photo belongs to the photographer, not the designer of the object photographed.
With license but ugly... in a zebra pattern skin.... you better ask Lucky FLINE (and now calls Fronti-Art) to improve it before it launch to market...
