Sergiy There's absolutely no reason to have to sweet talk a supplier when he's not doing his job. While I understand your sentiment, good service is the minimum that's expected, and Dan, based on what I see here, ain't cutting it. Instead, I would hope that Dan would ask his customers to forgive him for his lousy service and tell us all he intends to work harder in the future. D

The sad part is that Stebro had some good technology developed by the founder of the company, Peter Broeker, back in the 50s, 60s, and 70s. But Dan and Sergiy are both the sort of lying schmucks who can't help but take a good thing and turn it to crap. Sergy thinks he can lie his way out of the consequences. Dan just stonewalls. They are both back-stabbing cowards. Poor Mr. Broeker must be spinning in his grave. (I am assuming that he passed away, and the two bozos bought the company from his heirs - if anyone knows the truth, I'd like to hear it.)

Hi Sergiy, glad to see you're still responding to Stebro issues. I wonder if you could contact Dan, as he is not responding to my emails. I ordered my system over ten (10) months ago and he still hasn't completed delivery.
How you back stabbed me: you should have cancled my order and refunded me my money. Clearly you guys lost the jigs or blue prints or whatever, because, as I have said again and again and again, THE SYSTEM YOU SENT WAS AND IS CRAP! It didn't at all fit my car. You moron, it didn't even fit itself, in that the pieces don't even connect to each other!!! I was able to *PAY* an exhaust tech re-work it so that I could get it mounted and drive my car after 6 months of downtime thanks to you clowns, but it still doesn't fit correctly. Now I am going to have to drive 4 hours to the best exhaust tech I know, pay him a bunch more money, and *maybe* he can rework your crap into a usable system. Really dude, you are not a nice person. NO, did i tell you that Dan have never produced front pipes and since there was a problem with that why don't you take a refund for the pipes and cat section? I DID. You did not want to get a refund, we had this conversation over the phone. I rest my case buddy, i do not own a penny in Stebro, and don't work there, i take care of my own clients now and do my best to take care of the people that have a difficulty and need assistance, you don't sound like you need any, looks like you have everything figured out. I shouldn't get involved in this but I think everyone needs to tone it down a bit. There's no need for nasty name calling and finger pointing. It surely won't solve anything. I for one thought Sergiy was an employee of Stebro when he started posting here. Turns out he is not and is only a distributor. If you didn't deal with him when you bought from Stebro then he is not responsible. There have been so many posts and issues about problems with Stebro's customer service that I can't believe anyone on Fchat would think of doing business with them anymore. As for those of you who bought systems that don't fit or aren't up to your standards quit trying to make them work and just send them back. Then fight to get your money back. Not that that will be any easier to do than get them to deliver product on time!! Live and learn. I truly can't believe Stebro can stay in business with all the competitors out there these days. 5-6 years ago there weren't many choices, at least for the older cars, it was Stebro, Tubi, or Ansa (if you could find the rights system to fit your car). Now with all the other choices and stand-up companies that have come along at about the same price point I wouldn't recommend Stebro to my worst enemy. I've said it before, maybe I got lucky but mine fit very well and other than some delays and minor issues with service I've been pretty happy with my choice. BUT...it was years ago back with limited competition when I bought, and it was less than half the price of a Tubi. I also like the sound better than Tubi but that's just me.

You said that you would make sure that the rest of my system got built and shipped. Even if you had offered me a refund, I wouldn't have believed you. Dan took the order, sent less than half of the goods, and never would have done any more. You jumped in, concerned that it might be the last straw with paypal, hacked together some crap parts that didn't even have the right fittings to attach to what Dan sent, (much less actually fit on the car), and sent it out hoping that would be the end of my complaints. Tell you what liar, send me $100 - you owe it to me. Why? Because part of my original quote from Dan was for a custom crossover pipe to connect to a 3" downpipe, and that piece of the job was quoted at $100. When it became obvious that, that would never get built, I scratched that part of the job. Where's my refund on the $100???? Hell, if you would have actually sent me a refund, then do so now. Five years ago, I got my Stebro unit for my 365 on time and it fit fine. However, in light of more recent transactions and feedback, I vote for making a Stebro warning sticky and closing these threads.
Why should I take it up with Dan when you are the person who built the rest of my system as you so "proudly" informed me back when I was still green? The part, by the way proud fellow, that is the worst and most useless. You are the person who claimed that you inspect every system to make sure that it fits perfectly. Well mine doesn't so what are you going to do about it, Mr. Customer Service? You are the person who I paid for the system.
