I've been having all kinds of issues with the climate control system in my 348, and I've tried all of the "easy" fixes so far like cleaning the contacts, stabilant 22, even replacing the "fan power unit" up in the front trunk. I know these units have long suffered from reliability issues but some folks don't seem to have any issues with them. So it seems to at least be possible to have it working... at least to some degree.

At this point I'm suspecting the actual unit in the dash/console. I stumbled across these guys on ebay, ASI /A.T.E. ( Automotive Scientific Inc.), claiming they can repair these units.

    Ebay listing here:

Anyway, I'm just curious if anyone has any experience with these guys out of Tennessee. Although my particular problem is with a 348 unit, it looks like these guys work on all sorts of auto electrical systems, so I'm posting here rather than in the 348/355 section in the hopes that maybe SOMEONE has bumped into these guys before?
