.......................................................................................................................... Here is a shot of my Ferrari before I had the garage lifts installed. It really is a wonderful car and a pleasure to look at and drive. Second shot is just after the installiation. I put in Backyard Buddy lifts and they are really quite nice. We usually spend the weekend in the car. It is such a pleasure to drive, and I find the longer I drive it the more I enjoy it. I usually let it rest during the week.......but I consider Friday part of the weekend.
Hi John, she looks very happy in her new home! Thanks for the pics. Hi Kevin,Thanks always for the kind words! Hope to see more of you on here in the future.
I used reliable hydraulics for the installation. They did a great job, they sent over 3 men and a fork lift and the job took a full day. If anyone is interested I can post a few pictures Of the install. The lifts are very nice, one has a solid deck the other has rolling jack trays So you can use it to work on a vehicle. Lifts are US made and very sturdy, they are not Bolted down and can be moved with casters if necessary. If you have the room, and need A lift I would certainly recommend them.
Friday Evening Spots 12-2-11 Some great cars out last night. **And Nevermind- apparently it's a replica. Oh well!** Spotted a Gray on Gray Veyron last night on 400 South! Looked like black wheels, and it had a strange round exhaust tip. It was on Indiana plates too. The guy pulled in front of me into the toll plaza, so I complimented his car and then he blasted off from the booth (what a crazy whooshing sound they make)! When I pulled up, the cashier told me the driver had paid my toll for me! I guess he can afford it, but I certainly appreciated it. No clear pics because it was dark, but I got a cell phone video of it. Anybody know of this car? -John
Hey John, this car was well done, inside and out. Here are some pics from tonight. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi Juston, the car was found at Phipps Plaza. She's a very, very good replica of a Veyron. Hi Josh, Yes it was a well done inside and out fake. Here is a real Veyron shot of mine taken earlier this year. The noticeable differences are the exhaust and the absence of the rear turn signal cut outs. WOW! Yeah I'd say its a dang good replica! I'm not too familer with the Veyron so I would't know the difference. Do you know what type of engine it's sporting?
Should have been at Toys for Tots at Miller's Ale house Saturday Dec 10th, the Aventador was parked in front of the patio for much of the day. Of course it did have folks "drooling" over it most of the day also.
I agree! If the inside looks as good as the outside then I would want one for myself. Well depending on the motor and trans of course.
Hi Sephane and Juston, I haven't a clue on the engine and trans, but definitely not 16 cylinders. It would of been nice to be there when the owner claimed his car to get more details. However I did later get a road shot and she did sound good. Image Unavailable, Please Login
A valet told me they saw it and was told the kit alone cost $90K from the owner. hummmmm... Sorry but my only assumption is this person loves it when he sees peoples jaw drop thinking it is a million dollar car. To each his own. Im not hating on him, just wish I had a Beyron too. I finally found one of the real bonafide Veyron's in John's Creek today. This is the way a real Bugatti should look like. I am so thrilled to finally spot this elusive (for me anyways) car.
