So you also want to assume driver weight of 200 lbs? You really think that's the average weight of a 355 driver?

Here is some data that says the average adult make weights 189.8 http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/growthcharts2/f/avg_wt_male.htm

Those driving race cars tend to be more athletic and in shape than the general population. Of the 355 drivers I have met in this series, you are the only one above average weight (Myself, Colin, Onofrio, Franco, McKenzie). Greg also mentioned he is over 200, but there is no justification for your numbers.

I am going to put the wipers back, it was all done in a bit of "rage," though, I will have to buy some rain tires first...

The passenger seat is still in my car, but the lights are gone.

Makes sense to have them - but rage...? Cool and smooth.

@Colin- lol. Ok, lets substitute rage to zeal? or maybe insanity?

It was a fun few days anyway!

When you put it back on, you can still keep your zeal. I put on a Bosch Icon blade in place of the metal factory blade. Half the weight of stock, we are talking several ounces of improvement! And you only need one wiper blade, leave the passenger side off. :)

John, just wanted to check in and see if a final decision has been made on minimum weight? I am installing Motons Clubsports on the car this weekend, analyzing springs, measuring the factory sways, corner balancing, etc. and I need to know what the weight is in order to complete this task.

Without knowing the weight, I am going to have to go through this exercise a second time - which cost $ and is enemy #1 of the FCRA.

To help control costs for everyone I will post all of my findings on set-up and let others piggyback off these efforts if they so choose. I am not doing this work to be ultra competitive and win the class, I just enjoy driving a car that 'works'. Hopefully I will go faster in the process and if I can help others go faster, even better. :) Mark McKenzie also shares this philosophy and in fact, my starting point is data I received from his own 355 set-up. So a big thank you to him.

I know that Sebring feels like a long way off, but looking at the calendar at our local track, we only have 7 available weekends left to dial the car in. Factoring in work, family life, winter weather, etc. means there may only be 3! The absolute weight is far less important than just having an answer of some kind. If we could bring closure to this it would be greatly appreciated. :)
