LOL!!!!! I need some of that.

You know, I travel in China a lot and I see all kinds of small repair shops here and there. They always have a big picture of an F50 or Enzo in their sign. I crack up every time!

The claims are not credible. A polish is usually an abrasive. A seal is usually a manmade polymer, over which you can put wax if you want. Getting all of the above plus "wash" in a transparent liquid?

Stick to good high level products for your carcare. A decent wipe down with damp rags between washes is preferable to letting some unknown agent go at your finish.

Look at the detailed image .com, search Todd Cooperider on Google. He recommends a waterless car wash product.

Here it is, Optimum no rinse:

Yeah it sounds too good to be true lol. I'll have to try it on an area of my car to see if it actually cleans and shines. There also should be water beading afterwards if there is any carnauba wax.

The waterless car wash system by Meguiars looks like it works good:

I'm sure my 458 will end up on some storied Italias thread, but I let my detailer use waterless products if he sees fit. My municipality is a pain about water reclamation on driveway washing and it at least partly relieves my concience of the environmental footprint of my fun cars.

I've inspected the paint after a waterless wash and done properly it doesn't seem to scratch.

Yes...Optimum No Rinse is the way to go! There are tons of articles written, product reviews, how-to videos, etc out there and it is the preferred rinseless product for professional detailers (and I mean professionals; not the guy who shows up in a ratty van for a $30 "detailing" special).

I use optimum ONR all the time.

    No swirl marks. Works great.

Does ONR leave wax or sealant intact?

Yes, it's a non-stripping wash solution when used as instructed. It also has its own polymers so it does add a bit of protection as well.

FWIW I did sequential washes with Optimum No Rinse (ONR) then Zymol "Clear." It seemed that the paint looked brighter and cleaner with the Zymol regular wash, almost as if there were a dulling film from the polymer based ONR. The difference in time required was not so great so as to justify ONR; of course if there are water restrictions...

ONR is fanstatic for carwash in places like chicago in winter. I use it on my S550 and F430.

I've used ONR for winter washing, but I normally do traditional washes (which I prefer). It seems to work without creating any major marring, and some guys swear by it, but I still don't fully trust it. I do make good use of it at quick-detailer strength, though. It's great for glass cleaning, interior wipe-downs, light spot cleaning and for pre-soaking dirty panels before a traditional or ONR wash. It smells good, too.

If you take your time and try to use it gently/safely, it's not any faster or easier than a traditional wash, IME, and doing wheels and wheel wheels with it is a pita. You also end up with a ton of dirty MF towels when you're finished. But, it's a quality product and it's great for water restricted areas, apartment dwellers, mobile detailers and winter washing.

I use the Adam's Polishes stuff on my cars - have for years and it's been great.

Adam is a cool chap, too.

As long as the car isn't totally filthy the stuff works fine. Adam's has a Waterless Wash that I have used and I like, but I prefer Detail Spray for touch-ups. Works well on glass (to my surprise) and even smells good. Someone told me the stuff is safe enough to drink, but have not verified this personally...
