Every Sunday at some point between 8:00am and 12:00pm a group of 2 wheel and 4 wheel sporting enthusiasts meet behind the Starbucks in Glastonbury Connecticut to shoot the breeze, plan trips, tours, cruises, trade secrets, advise, and generally say hello. On occasion our numbers have exceeded 30 cars and 20 bikes. 2011 was another fantastic year where 3 tours were planned and enjoyed. It seems each Sunday brings a new face added to our ranks.

Please note that we are a group of friends that appreciate and respect each other and the machines we adore. In addition, we respect the venue we meet in. Expect a very low tolerance for silly actions in and around our gathering. That being said, please feel free to stop in. Invitations are not required as ALL are welcome.

I was thinking of you guys while driving around Fairfield County and upper Westchester County this morning for a New Year's drive to take advantage of the fine sunny and warm weather.

After all, I hadn't driven my Ferrari since last year!!! ;)

Have a happy New Year everyone and see you some Sunday when I have enough time to make it back to G'bury!

I headed out and as soon as I hit the highway, they were all salted so turned around, went home, and washed the car. Oh well.

Happy New Year to all! Hoping this year is better for in all in many ways. It was a great day to get the car out and I was very fortunate NOT to have any salted roads on my path.

Thanks again to Jay for the great job putting together the calendars - they turned out awesome - again. The only 'tweak' suggested is some flesh of the female variety to accompany the gorgeous sheet metal.

Thanks Peter for offering use of the lift today...luckily I was able to trace the coolant hose from the top of the engine, cut off the bad section and re-attach. Running better than new again! I will say the dealer did an awesome job detailing her inside and out, almost worth the trip just for that :D

Happy New Year everyone. I had to work yesterday, otherwise I might have tried to show in the DD. With any luck, October provided our snow allotment for the season and we'll be warm and dry before we know it!

Blew out my right knee. Can't walk or stand. Doctor can't see anything wrong except the massive swelling and heat output. Its smaller than a basketball but bigger than a softball...so lets say volleyball. He's guessing at Lyme disease for now. Blood was taken and is being tested now. Looks like I'm out for tomorrow. Thank GOD its not my clutch foot.

You are correct...no Trauma. My insurance won't cover the MRI so we are exhausting the less expensive possibilities first. For those not aware...a MRI is around $3000.

The Weather is going to be good Sunday and we might have a visit from a special car, it's not a F car but it is a very new unique super car and there are very few in country. So take a ride out.
